This video show that the energy can be found in all parts of the world, all things need energy to move or do other actions. We can transform energy from natural resources, in the water the energy can be found as current flows,and this can be transform into electricity, but how? 
The water pass in a turbine and this turbine is connected to a electrical generator and this transform water into energy.
Other form is electrical energy that is produced by electricity. 
The muscular energy that is produced by the muscles, this muscles have the capacity of generated energy for propel.
Solar energy is energy that comes from the sun and can be transform into electricity by using solar panels.
And finally we can found energy in air and we can transform this energy into electricity by using the windmills

SOURCE FOR HEAT ENERGY SOURCE:  I select a solar collector beacuse is a system that is starting to be using. CONCLUSION:  collector area  =400 ft2   = 1  living space = 1,076 ft2    = 2.69 For each 2.69 ft2 of living space of my home, we will need 1 ft2of solar collector, for keep the heat at the home.
